Terms of use
Plain terms for a pay-per-call API. If something here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.
What you are buying
A single execution of a named endpoint, at the price quoted in its payment challenge. There is no account, no subscription, no stored balance and no ongoing relationship between calls.
Results are informational
Endpoints marked informational_only — which includes all screening,
analytics and AI output — produce analysis, not advice. Nothing returned by this
platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, safety or engineering advice, and
none of it should be the sole basis for a decision. Petroleum and financial
calculators implement published correlations and formulas within stated validity
ranges; applying a result outside those ranges, or without qualified review, is your
responsibility.
Accuracy, and what we promise instead
We do not warrant that any result is correct, current or fit for your purpose. What we do commit to is narrower and more useful: an endpoint that cannot answer returns an explicit error rather than a fabricated result, and every finding that rests on external data names its source so you can check it.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit content you have no right to process — copyrighted material, personal data you are not entitled to handle, or confidential documents belonging to someone else.
- Do not use the web-inspection endpoints against targets you have no authorisation to test. They respect robots.txt and refuse blocked paths, but that is not permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, replay authorisations, or exhaust capacity to the detriment of other callers.
- Do not use these endpoints to build a profile of an identifiable person, or to support unlawful discrimination.
Payment
Payment is per call, in a stablecoin on X Layer, using the x402 protocol. You are charged only when the work succeeds: a malformed request is refused before a price is quoted, and a request that errors after payment is verified is not settled. If a payment is captured for work that did not complete, it is flagged for operator review and the result is not delivered while it is unresolved.
Because payment is on-chain and per call, there is no chargeback mechanism. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one in the challenge you actually signed against.
Availability
This is a single-operator platform. There is no uptime guarantee, no support SLA, and endpoints may be paused for maintenance or on reaching a cost limit — in which case they return a specific code saying so, rather than failing obscurely. Build retries and fallbacks accordingly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from use of these endpoints is limited to the amount you paid for the specific calls giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.
Your content
Files and text you submit are processed to produce your result and are not used to train anything. See the privacy notice for retention.
Changes
These terms may change. The catalogue version shown in the footer identifies the service definitions in force; material changes to pricing or terms will be reflected on this site before they take effect.
Contact
This platform is operated as Dana API Bazaar. For questions about these terms, including the request id from any response you are asking about, use the contact route published with the deployment.
